Returns and cancellation rights (Futzone)

This return and cancellation policy applies to purchases made via Futzone's website. For questions about returns, complaints or cancellation rights, please contact us at Futzone144@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods, according to the Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us within these 14 days and notify us that you want to cancel your purchase.

After you notify us, you have 14 days to return the item.

Return policy

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in unaltered condition.

Any labels and tags must remain in place.

The product should be returned in its original packaging if possible.

If the item is used, damaged or missing labels, we may refuse the return or make a deduction from the refund.

Mystery Boxes

Futzone offers Mystery Boxes for tracksuits and football t-shirts. Mystery Boxes are sold as a surprise product where the contents are random.

This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on Mystery Boxes.

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you agree that the contents cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specially ordered or personalized, for example products with names, numbers or other personal designs.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to Mystery Boxes.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. We recommend using trackable shipping as the customer is responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.

Refund

Once we have received the return and approved the item, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.

Complaint

If the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to complain. Contact us as soon as possible at Futzone144@gmail.com and attach the order number and a picture of the defect.
